Wet Your Hands or Body:

For bathing, focus on areas prone to sweat and odour, such as underarms, groin, and feet.

Scrub Gently:

Once you've created a lather, gently massage the soap into your skin using circular motions. Pay attention to areas that tend to accumulate dirt, sweat, or oil, but avoid scrubbing too vigorously, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Rinse Thoroughly:

After scrubbing, rinse off all the soap thoroughly with clean water. Make sure there's no residue left on your skin, as soap residue can cause dryness or irritation if left on the skin for too long.

Pat Dry:

After rinsing, pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing your skin too harshly, as this can cause irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Moisturise (Optional):

If your skin tends to be dry, you may choose to apply a moisturiser after drying off to help lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated. This step is especially beneficial after washing your hands, as frequent handwashing can lead to dryness.

Store the Soap Properly:

After each use, allow the soap to air dry in a well-drained soap dish or holder. This helps prolong the life of the soap and prevents it from becoming mushy.
