Thank you for choosing Penrose Place for your upcoming candle and soap-making party. We are excited to help you create a memorable and creative experience! To ensure a smooth process for organizing your event, please review our booking policy outlined below:

1. Deposit and Payment Terms:
Upon receiving a quote from Penrose Place and deciding to proceed with your booking, a deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your quote and must be paid upon acceptance of the quote to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of your payment must be completed 28 days prior to the event date. We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit:
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the event after your booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be returned. This policy is in place to cover the preparation costs and reservation of the date specifically for your event.

3. Full Payment:
Full payment of the balance is required 28 days before the scheduled event date. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellation by the Customer:
If you need to cancel your event for any reason after the full payment has been made, please notify us as soon as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, any additional payments made may be subject to partial refunds based on the proximity to the event date and incurred costs by Penrose Place.

5. Cancellation by Penrose Place:
Penrose Place reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such an instance, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

6. Event Changes:
If you need to make changes to your event details (such as date or location), please contact us at least 35 days before your event. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, subject to availability and any potential additional costs.
